At first I liked it, so i purchased some credits to play with. For a little bit, everything seemed fine and I would win and loss some. Then out of no where, while playing conservatively, it was everything but wins. I am a player in the real video gaming and this off the top looks like a dishonest trick. It would seem you have a time limit in your credits and once it runs out, so does you wins equaling your over all loss in credits. Just like most companies, they end up becoming greedy in the end. I would not put to much money in this app, if anything keep your cost low. Good luck!

Love the game! My favorite real slots are here. Have been playing for years. Level 456. Game has started freezing up and lagging badly for the last month or so. I've lost a lot of coins because of game becoming unresponsive during bonus rounds. I've spent a lot of money on this game for it to be lost because of the lag and such. Please find a solution to this problem. I'm keeping my 5 🌟 review because I really do like the game when I can play it.

When I 1st downloaded and played this game it was great. I hate that you have to "unlock" games by completing levels. They also have daily to do lists plus bonuses if you complete them. After you get to higher levels though, the slots get tighter/volatile and all you do is lose money. I am basically having to spend 6billion in coins to raise 1 level....its ridiculous plus now the bonus missions are a joke...one of them is to raise 2 levels. Yeah....thats not happening. I am uninstalling.

Absolute worst support of any app I've ever used. Made a purchase of 300 million coins, and never received them. After making the purchase using Google Play Store credits, the app completely blacked out, and I had to restart the game. After restarting, I noticed the coins were not there. The transaction was recorded in my account so it did go through. I emailed their support three times with no response, other than an automated reply.

App recently started pausing and freezing on after a few spins. Becomes unresponsive and have to close app. On level 189 and this happens after a few spins. Tried on three or four different games. Rating was 5 star until this problem arise making the game useless and unplayable. UPDATE: Support has reached out to me but only with a suggestion to uninstall/reinstall and lose progress unless game is linked to Facebook which I don't use. This appears to be a version/build issue as it just showed up after an app update. Others I know have no issue with older version/build. Curious if anyone with this version or build has same problem. Any game starts freezing and pausing after a few spins and get progressively worse and eventually generates an not responding message. Version 3.2.06 Build 232 UPDATE AGAIN: Support, i don't have any idea if the "win" you mentioned. I did not. My problem is the game becing unresponsive after a minute or two of plaing. This showed up after the app update. Support has responded twice via email with generic answer and not even mentioning my issue.

What a terrible experience. All this game wants you to do is make in game purchases for more coins. Uses all your coins so fast would just have to keep buying more. Don't waste your time unless you want to spend a lot of real money to play.

OK this is the worst slots game ever!! I have been play the Top Hat game every day for a week, spinning 200 to 300 games a day and I have not won one free game!!!!! How is that even possible!!!! Surely the odds should allow some chance of a free game. But no free games at all. What a cheating game, just a play to lose game. Be honest and tell your customers, I mean suckers that you cannot win at all. Please do not download, there are other better games out there, this is not one of them!!!!
